so good! i used almonds instead of hazelnuts only because finding them is a challenge (I haven’t been able to find them easily on the peninsula lately – what gives?). i know you aren’t a big fan of m-to-the-o (see I didn’t even SAY it), but I bet you could find an alternative.

Sounds interesting! Besides M to the O, I’m also not a huge fan of endive. Perhaps I can get over that some day! I found hazelnuts at Trader Joe’s the other day. WEIRD!

I must try this with sunbutter as I am on a restricted diet for the next 6 months thanks to food sensitivities of a new baby, but that list also includes dairy, so I’m excited to have a new idea for a breakfast snack… ever try to make varied breakfasts while avoiding dairy? It’s not good.
