Tracy, no lie. When I first saw the gif of Jennifer Lawrence at the met ball I said to myself “she’s my spirit animal.” But then I kept it to myself because I figured that may be an inappropriate thing to say. Alas, it can’t be if we both thought it, right?!

this one is full of SO MANY good things!

I think I loved the obit the best (I can have a morbid sense of humor…) When my grandfather died I was/am crushed there were a ton of tears…but I laughed through the entire memorial service as people talked about him, and he totally would have approved.

Also, Happy Almost Mother’s Day, woman!

  oh my goodness. i laughed throughout my grandpa’s funeral. Everyone was saying the rosary and there was an old dude would would jump the gun EVERY SINGLE time the next hail mary came.

I clicked through the Top 50 list (always on the lookout for more good content) and I noticed that you are the one and only that fits the “mom blog” category. Sorry if you hate that category. But I think it’s awesome! Your site design is fantastic, the recipes are great, and the Time blurb is right on: enough of the Benjamin’s but not so much that I feel like I’ve violated your privacy by reading.
