I love lists, Friday!

I’m having a really rough and emotional weekend and your list was the medicine I needed. You outdid yourself this week. Jimmy Kimmel made cry (in a good way).

Hey Tracy! I was just catching up on your podcasts with Joy and felt compelled to write you a message. It made me so sad to hear you talk about how you’re feeling a bit deflated about your healthier posts or just your blog in general. It got me thinking… I have absolutely LOVED your blog for about two years now and I am so ashamed to say I have not once commented on any of your posts. I cannot tell you how excited I get to wake up in the morning and open up my instagram or your blog to find a beautiful new post waiting for me to read! I realized how selfish I’ve been by not commenting and letting you know how much I’ve loved a post. I guess I felt my comment wouldn’t matter, and that there’s others out there who would have a better, wittier comment. How silly of me to think that, I know you would value each and every comment and that they all help your self confidence and your drive to continue putting up beautiful, well thought out posts. I love that you mix cooking with photography, funny links etc. I look forward to your Friday lists post every week! I get so excited to show my boyfriend/best friend the hilarious or thought provoking stuff you find. I am loving your healthy posts as of late, and your salads have always been my favourite recipes. Obviously I love your treats too, and I’d say I’ve probably made half of your recipes so far! I know you don’t get much from having this blog, and you do it out of love. So thank you! I’m sorry I haven’t taken the time in the past to comment and let you know how much I enjoy your blog. That’ll change! Oh, I don’t even live in America! I’m South African, living in London! Your blog has traveled many miles 🙂
