Happy Monday, friends!
We’ve made it to WEEK 18 of 2019.
This weekend we had a baseball game (we won!), I hosted a BBQ, I did some meal prep and took a breathwork class. WHEW!! I am so glad we have the fridge stocked with goodies. It’s been a while! It’s so nice to be home after being away for a week. I missed my routine and KITTIES!
Meal Prep this week includes:
- mint iced tea
- quinoa
- hard boiled eggs
- tuna salad
- fruit salad
- orecchiette with sausage and broccoli
- washed lettuce
- cut up veggies
- mom’s green salad vinaigrette
- sweet potatoes
- ranch dip

- continue to not eat bread

- drink enough water (keep up this water bottle filling routine up)

- keep organized with my bullet journal
- write my April Currently Post/work in Currently workbook
- plant clematis/do weeding in the yard
- work on photography course for Santa Fe (there’s a spot left if you’re interested!)
- prep for a conference call
- do a face mask
- paint toenails
- catch up on emails
- send snail mail to friends
- write/send thank you note
- passport appointment at USPS
- catch up on social media
- record podcast with Sabrina
- go for a few walks
- try to meditate daily
- figure out final photo for project
- edit photos
- bookkeeping work
