This weekend I had a sleepover at my Dad’s house and went out to dinner with him and my bro + sis. We had a good time! Cooper ended up with a cold and a high temperature, so we’ve been taking care of him while he’s resting. Send good healing thoughts!
I had some time yesterday so I did a meal prep. This is what I am starting the week with:
Meal Prep this week includes:
- Turkey Chili
- Kombucha
- lettuce for Mom’s Green Salad
- Persian Frittata from Bon Appetit
- Lemon Ginger Elixir
- Potato Salad
- Banana Muffins (used maple banana bread recipe- bake 18-20 mins in muffin tins)
- hard boiled eggs
- croutons

- have a smoothie bowl sometime this week
