A new year, a new week!
Here’s what this past week looked like – My Everyday Life: Week 1
Adventure in the city with Coop and Casey.
A reader sent me a Rose of Jericho and it’s been cool to see it come to life this week.
THANK YOU.
This week my best friend from college came to visit with her kids!
It was so fun to see our kids together.
It was the first time they met and they became fast friends!
We enjoyed a big breakfast together.
We took the kids to Dolores Park in SF.
The light was pretty.
Erin is the prettiest!
I am so grateful for her!
They went down this slide a million times.
Bagel heaven from Bi-Rite.
My ladies hiding out on my bed.
NYE at the Stewart house!
We played a fun game called Headbanz.
It’s all about guessing what’s on your head by asking the right questions!
Started my food journal this week.
Saw a woman who looked like my Mom for a second.
I always make a point to be near a body of water on the first day of the year.
Didn’t make it to the ocean but this fountain pleased me.
Trying to stay grounded.
Introverting.
Nature is my church.
A rogue bloom.
It’s a good omen when you see an orange truck.
Young bucks in our yard.
Cracked.
HEALTH!
Scramble.
I am currently obsessed with Crunchy Garlic + Chili Oil.
On my nightstand:
- Turmeric tea
- Meditations for Women Who Do Too Much (was my Mom’s)
- The Wisdom of Sundays, by Oprah
- The Greatest Love Story Ever Told
- My diffuser
Hoping I feed them soon.
There are 450 of these out in the world and more to come. Stay tuned!
In SF.
Turmeric latte to curb afternoon snackage.
We celebrated my Mom’s birthday this week. I wore her necklaces for the occasion.
Seeing Cooper with my Dad is one of my greatest treasures.
A quiet morning moment.
Brunch doodles.
A good sign at Cooper’s basketball game.
When I started this photography project on my blog, 9 years ago, I had no idea how much it would impact my creative life. It has been the best way for me to be present and actively seek the good in my everyday life. I feel grateful that after all of these years, your support has helped me keep my creativity alive.
Thank you!
