My friend Catherine (of Weelicious) is a smoothie QUEEN! I love tuning in to see what she’s putting into her children’s smoothies every morning when she shares her #smoothieproject stories on Instagram. Catherine’s latest book, Smoothie Project recently hit the shelves and this Bright Green Smoothie is the first of maaaaany smoothies I cannot wait to try. I’ve got my sights set on both the Mocha Almond and the Halva smoothies next.
This color makes me so happy.
Here’s what’s in it!
I tested the recipe in this High-Speed Philips Blender . I’m giving one away!
Stay tuned!
Orange juice goes in. I didn’t have a frozen banana so I used fresh.
Either one is fine.
That green is something else, huh?
Such a perfect way to start the morning.
It tastes tropical and citrusy! You would never guess there’s spinach in there, other than the color.
Now I just need to make sure I have spinach on hand.
Oh! Hey! I’m giving away this Philips High-Speed Power Blender ($600 value) to a lucky reader on my Instagram this Friday, February 14th.
To win, go to my Instagram account- @shutterbean and see how to enter! Post will go up 9am PST!
