Intentions for the Week- Week 3 of 2020. Here’s what week 3 looked like last year.
Happy Monday, friends!
This weekend we had family over. I made tacos. We played with sparklers.
Everyone was drinking but me.
It was cool though, I drank a lot of lemon ginger elixirs and spent pockets of time getting rid of things and organizing around the house. Our Christmas tree is down and I have to move the ornament boxes out. Lots of in-between projects in the works.
Last week I sent out a lot of packages and it’s amazing how easily my office gets thrashed in the process. I have a few piles on the floor of my office I’d like to get rid of this week and I am typing this here so I have you as my witness. I WILL DO IT, DANG IT.
Pretty happy to report that I did meal prep this week! I also accomplished my goal to work out three days last week and tracked what I ate all week in my food journal. HOORAY.
I like the momentum I am building. It’s all about creating healthy habits, huh?
