Intentions for the Week:
Week 5 of 2020- here’s what week 5 looked like last year.
Happy Monday, friends!
This weekend we had basketball, and baseball tryouts and housework and rest! As I type this, I’ve got laundry going, and FINALLY a clean kitchen after spending a few hours doing meal prep.
Meal Prep This Week includes:
- iced tea
- baked potatoes
- turkey burgers
- hard-boiled eggs
- celery + carrots
- sweet potatoes (made them in air fryer)
- beet salad
- cauliflower salad
- green dip
- pickled onions
- carrot coconut soup
- cashew cream
- turned maple banana bread into muffins
- lemon ginger elixir
- mom’s salad dressing
- beet celery juice
