Intentions for the Week – Week 45 of 2020

Happy Monday, friends! 

We had a pretty mellow weekend. Order some fish delivery and spent our Halloween at home, ate candy, and watched movies.  I went out to Brunch with my brother and did some house cleaning and watched a little Schitt’s Creek with the family. It’s really starting to feel like fall and I am loving it. I’m gonna cut this short so I can get onto enjoying every last second of this Sunday. Here are my Intentions for the Week!

  • STAY HEALTHY
  • EAT HEALTHY
  • DRINK WATER
  • MOVE MY BODY
  • laundry
  • therapy
  • finish/post Currently October
  • cut down caffiene consumption
  • make arrangements to pick up library book
  • do some meal prep
  • clean out the fridge
  • straighten up the deck
  • place Imperfect Produce order
  • get rid of clutter around the house
  • fill out my Intentions for the Week printable
  • make a grocery list/grocery shop
  • recipe testing
  • post new recipe/work on post
  • make kombucha
  • package/ship food journals The Handwriting Club 
  • track my steps on my fitbit
  • dance!
  • work on holiday offerings in my Etsy shop
  • paint my nails
  • tweeze things
  • send snail mail to friends
  • catch up on writing
  • catch up on social media
  • track what I eat in my food journal this week
