Intentions for the Week- Week 52 of 2020

Christmas is this week and 2021 is right behind it.  Lots to do this week and lots to process! Let’s get down to business and write down our Intentions for the Week! Here are mine!

  • STAY HEALTHY

  • DRINK WATER
  • MOVE MY BODY

  • clean house
  • make Mom’s coffee cake
  • decorate the table for Christmas
  • wrap presents
  • last-minute gift shopping
  • send out the last of the holiday cards
  • laundry
  • spend quality time with my family
  • return order from Amazon
  • bounce on my trampoline
  • go for a long walk (if the weather is nice)
  • cut down caffeine consumption
  • get rid of clutter around the house
  • work in my Currently Workbook– December spread 
  • fill out my Intentions for the Week printable
  • make a grocery list/grocery shop
  • submit my Imperfect produce order
  • package up gifts for friends
  • make a new recipe/take photos
