Intentions for the Week- Week 6 of 2021
Happy Monday, friends!
Busy weekend working in the yard planting my lemon and lime tree in the ground. I got laundry done, cleaned the house, and spent time with my boys. I worked in some meal prep too! Here’s what I did to clean out our fridge this weekend:

- Sausage White Bean Bake
- Vegan Thumbprint Cookies
- Mom’s Green Salad dressing
- Hibiscus Iced Tea
- Carrots
- Roasted Sweet Potatoes
- Banana sliced for freezer
- Applesauce
- Roasted Garlic
- Fed sourdough starter (her name is Juliette)
- Roasted Spaghetti Squash
Let’s get down to business and write down our Intentions for the Week.

- STAY HEALTHY
- EAT HEALTHY
- DRINK WATER
- MOVE MY BODY
- therapy
- paint nails
- clean out the fridge/meal prep
- pack orders for The Handwriting Club
- keep Cooper on track with school
- track what I eat in my food journal this week
- laundry
- work on binder
- make time for art
- clean up my office (neverending)
- bounce on my trampoline
- go for a long walk (if the weather is nice)
- cut down caffeine consumption
- get rid of clutter around the house
- work in my Currently Workbook + post January 2021
- fill out my Intentions for the Week printable
- make a grocery list/grocery shop
- submit my Imperfect produce order
- make a new recipe/take photos
- post new recipe
- track my steps on my fitbit
- catch up on writing
- upload new version of Color Therapy
- catch up on social media
- bookkeeping work

- ask for help when I need it
- pull cards and write in my sketchbook

- build some time in to meditate
- get good sleep
- watch how much time I spend on the phone
