Casey finallllyyyy came home this weekend. He was gone for work for 12 days! It was nice to spend time together as a family this weekend. We snuggled and watched The Beanie Bubble.

    Thank you for the fav workout videos! I must have missed that post before. Loving The Fitness Marshall and I used Keiaria video for a warmup before lifting. I think you just helped me out of a workout slump!

    Yes! I’ve been doing this for a long time, structuring my intentions by category.
    I have four:
    – me: body&soul stuff, things, I want to accomplish for myself, calls/mail/messages I want to catch up on, but also volunteer commitments
    – work: I’m self-employed so this is where I plan my week and keep track of things
    – kids: school stuff, dr appointments, sports events, dates, birthday presents, errands that I need to remind them of etc.
    – appartement + garden: all the housework and organizing, garden work for the week

    Every day, I make a plan for the day by pulling tasks from that weekly intentions list, crossing them off as I go. That way, I keep track of everything and make sure I migrate tasks from one week to the next if I dont manage to do them in that particular week.
    And I’m doing all of this on paper, in my bullet journal. I’m a massive planning nerd, sorry 😀
