Intentions for the Week- Week 8 in 2024
Happy Monday, friends!
Busy weekend! It started with a school crab feed and ended with Self-Check in started yesterday. Our first check in was fun and very life giving! I am so happy with our group. Something I am committing to this week is meditating in the mornings before I check my phone.
My strategy is covering it with an index card!
Let’s see if it works since I shared it at group level 😉
There’s still room if you’re contemplating joining my accountability group.
We spend Sunday mornings 9:00 AM PST-10:30 AM- PST working on our calendars and checking in together.
I will help you keep track of time using my Intentions for the Week Planner/Template
Here’s more info!
