Intentions for the Week- Week 12 in 2024
Happy Monday, friends!
Week 12! Can you believe it? Time is flying. This week was filled with yard work! I got a big arm workout working in my garden beds.
I also did meal prep!
Meal prep this weekend included:
- shredded cabbage
- prepped lettuce
- pineapple apple salad
- minestrone
- ranch dip
- sausage & cabbage
- quinoa
- sliced cheddar
- Spanish rice
- pasta/pasta with meat sauce
- marinated pork tenderloin
- peanut sauce
- almond flour chocolate chip cookies
AAAAAND I hosted Sunday Self-Check-In where we went over our calendars and worked on our SUNDAY TO DO LISTS. It’s been so helpful to have that time dedicated to planning for the week. I feel more at ease when I am working on my SUNDAY-TO-DO LIST. I am also making new friends and I’m quite excited about that.
Anywho!
