Hi hiiiiii! Happy Monday, folks! Did you have a good weekend?  I caught up with friends over Zoom and Facetime. I did a bunch of housework, moved my body, hosted Self-Check-In, and rested.

Mind/Body

  • see Ina Garten! 
  • morning pages/ morning routine
  • 30 minutes no screen after wakeup
  • fill out my Intentions for the week calendar
  • keep track of what I eat in my food journal
  • keep track of movement on Apple watch
  • workout every day
  • work on currently workbook
  • check in with calendar 
  • art time
  • floss daily
  • horoscope
  • connect with my spirit 
  • work in my hobonichi cousin
  • outdoor time/hike?
  • pull cards/journal/video
  • watch how much time I spend on the phone
