Hi hiiiiii! Happy Monday, folks! How was your weekend? I had a nice foggy/rainy hike and went to a seafood party feast. I also did Self-Check-In yesterday to map out my Intentions for the Week No meal prep this week. I gave myself permission to slow down on Sunday because we have a big week ahead of us with entertaining. I hope you are taking good care of yourself this holiday season.
