Here’s what this past week looked like- My Everyday Life Week 31
I didn’t plan on growing tomatoes this year but I got some volunteer sungold tomato plants this year and I’m wildly excited about that.
Zinnia life!
We moved my elliptical machine and bike into the garage this week.
I got a galaxy light and set up my own workout zone!
IT IS SO DAMN FUN.
It’s a spiritual experience for sure.
First meal prep in weeks!!! I went a little crazy.
The plan was executed.
Also a random squash in my yard.
I forgot that mint flowers.
Up with the sun and fog.
Experiments.
I love when my planner flops open.
I am hers.
Should they meet IRL?
She’s hanging over the area where we buried our cat Pinot. <3
MOM! LOOK!
This week I made roasted strawberries & killer granola and had it in Greek yogurt with chia + fresh fruit.
Shrimp scampi!
Cracklin’ Chicken (Cooper’s favorite!) with rice + Mom’s salad.
I made pickled red onions this week too…. They made their way into a burger salad.
And breakfast tacos!
Pickled onions on rice with avocado and leftover chicken.
This week I shared Parsley Pesto!
It’s sooooooooooooo good.
BIG STRETCH.
Lunch at Nick the Greek with Reese!
Saw a woman that looked like my Mom. My mom had an orange purse too.
She also had these pyrex casserole dishes.
We went thrifting.
Have you ever put your arm in a whole canister of scrabble letters? Reese has.
I wasn’t a fan.
Old shirts. Old stories.
Don’t worry. I’ll stay away.
And old birthday card.
Looked through a book from the 60s of letters to God from kids.
Barry made me laugh.
She is literally in my home.
Watched a Mom lead the way.
The life cycle of my cacti.
I AM TRYING.
I am going to get back to morning pages.
They were an anchor to my day. Here’s my hoard.
This weekend, I shared my July pages from my Currently Workbook on my substack!
