  • thai broccoli salad (recipe soon!)

  • maple olive oil banana bread (not pictured!)
  • sliced onions

  • cooked bacon

  • doctor’s appointment
  • morning pages/ morning routine
  • 30 minutes no screen after wakeup
  • fill out my Intentions for the week calendar
  • keep track of what I eat in my food journal
  • keep track of movement on Apple watch
  • move body daily
  • breath work
  • work in Currently workbook
  • check-in with calendar 
  • art time
  • floss daily
  • horoscope
  • open forum on The Hope Circuit
  • connect with my spirit 
  • work in my hobonichi cousin
  • outdoor time/hike?
  • pull cards/journal/video
  • watch how much time I spend on the phone
  • tweeze things
  • paint nails
  • clean house + phone a friend
  • use my diffuser
