Here’s what this past week looked like- My Everyday Life Week 24

Trying to find my light source this week. What weird times we are living in. 

This week I was a part of an Artist Take Action Auction with 7 of my fellow artist friends. 

My contribution was artwork and special goodies from The Handwriting Club.

I was able to raise $160 for The Love Land Foundation. I matched the amount was able to send $360 their way!

Our auction totaled to almost $3800! 

Started my 6th Food Journal this week.

I decorated my latest one with stickers from my shop.

Happy Monday, friends!

We are on day 89 of sheltering in place. Summer break has started for Cooper. AHHH!!! It’s going to be an odd few months here. We are slowly starting to hang out with friends & family (at a distance!). Over the weekend we had a BBQ, I cleaned house and did a ton of gardening.

My Everyday Life Week 23

Here’s what this past week looked like – My Everyday Life Week 23

We are doing a lot of reading/learning this week even though school ended.

When one teaches, two learn. We’ve learned so much in the past few months. Cooper also grew too!

Reading horoscopes. Making notes.

This week I tried Imperfect Produce. It was great!!

I immediately juiced the kale with some apples and finished the blueberries immediately.

It was nice having produce to work with this week!

Currently May 2020

Currently May 2020 

Time to check-in and go over the month in my Currently Workbook!

Whenever I do this, I liked to look back at the past years. 

May marked the 3rd month of sheltering-in-place. I cannot even believe it has been that long!! Who would have ever imagined this is what our life would be like right now?!

We started seeing a few friends & family members from a distance during May.  It was nice to be able to talk to people in person other than my family. I love my family but it’s hard to be the only female in the house. 

This time of uncertainty has been really stressful for so many.  My heart hurts for the world. We are in the middle of great change and there are so many growing pains in the process.  I feel very grateful that I have this art practice to return to when I have so many feelings and emotions to process. 

I played around with inks in my Currently Workbook this month.
