My Everyday Life Week 47

Here’s what this past week looked like My Everyday Life Week 47

So much orange this week. It’s my Mom’s color and today is the 2nd anniversary of her death.

Here’s what that week looked like. I am glad I powered threw and shared that week.

Our house is in the in-between world of renovations. This tree is popping.

I haven’t been able to garden and it’s messing with me.

A trip into the city. The hand caught my eye and then that orange glow at the top of the building made me happy.  It’s a reflection of the sunset.

Currently Workbook 2020!

Currently Workbook 2020

As you know, for the past year, I’ve been working in my self-reflection workbook- Currently 2019

It’s been an incredible way for me to:

  • practice my handwriting
  • take time to reflect
  • write down all the good things that happen
  • leave a trail of magic behind for my son, Cooper

Quite a few of you have joined in on this adventure (THANK YOU!!!).  If you want to order one for 2020, I’m selling them through Amazon this year (here’s the link!) to help alleviate the shipping challenge on my end. If you are international, here’s an option to get yours too.

Let me show you inside!

Intentions for the Week

Looking to get your head in the game? Tracy from Shutterbean makes a weekly TO DO LIST called her Intentions for the Week. Here's what this week looks like:

Intentions for the Week – Week 47

Happy Monday, friends!

Back in the mix!  This weekend I flew home from North Carolina, cleaned up my kitchen, did stuff around the house and went to the Renegade Craft Fair with my friend Neiley. I am happy to be back home with my family and cats.  We are still going through our deck project that will hopefully be done soon.

Thanksgiving is just around the corner and I’m starting to wrap my brain around it.  I am also trying to tell myself to BREATHE.  My Mom died on week 47 of 2017 so it’s kind of a weird time for me. I am fighting the sad thoughts with gratitude.  I am grateful for my family who is still with me. I am grateful that I had my Mom for 38 years.  I just can’t believe it will be two years since she died.

This was the last video my Mom saw on my Instagram before she died. I’m glad she was able to see it.

OK! Time to figure out my Intentions for the Week.

My Everyday Life Week 46

This is My Everyday Life Week 46

It’s definitely feeling like fall around here!

The light is pure magic.

I love the crunch of the leaves. Gonna be a little sad when there’s none left on all the trees though.

Our deck is still in progress!  It’s gonna be so pretty when it’s done.

Breakfast sandwiches with my boo.
