January is down! I kept track of my workouts as per usual with my monthly printable. Not working out for three days last week (due to having a cold) amped up my anxiety. It was a reminder how much my mental health benefits from regular movement! You can read more about my workout routine here.

I had such an ordeal getting them printed properly this year and I AM TRYING NOT TO BE BITTER ABOUT IT.
Anywho. It’s a system that works for me. I just need to do it.
