I read something in my horoscope that my house is going to be a mess but I’m making progress in other things and AIN’T THAT THE TRUTH. I am having a hard time dividing my energy with all of the things I need to do and the places I need to be. We were out in the world over the weekend for a baseball tournament and I forgot how many people are around! This new world and life is taking time to adjust. People aren’t wearing masks here and sometimes getting too close.

The base is a spaghetti cheese situation bound together with egg. On top of that, there’s marinara and dollops of herbed ricotta topped with melted cheese. It was so good that I ate leftovers COLD standing in my kitchen the other day.  Couldn’t even be bothered to reheat it.
