Intentions for the Week- Week 1 in 2022

Happy Monday, friends!

New year/new list! How are we feeling about the new year? We’ve been doing everything in our power to stay healthy this past week because Cooper’s got to go back to school. After all of the holidays, I think we are all craving to have our routines back. This weekend I did some deep cleaning in the kitchen which was so needed after all of the holiday baking and goodie making I put it through. Plus, we’ve been home just the three of us and it was getting pretty gross. Hooray for a clean slate. Let’s figure out what our Intentions for the Week are!

Everything I made this year in the kitchen/on this blog was with the intention of adding more recipes to my #shutterbeanmealprep arsenal. Here are the Top 10 Recipes of 2021 on my blog!

I’ve been using my first draft version since week 35 of 2021 and I’m ready for the real thing. The beauty of the planner is that you can fill it in on your own. That means you can start at any time! I’ll be sending a bunch out this week and I’m so excited for many of you to join me in the process.  Cooper is on Christmas break this week so let’s figure out what I can get done while he is home!
