This week, I prepped for my Self Check In 2026 workshop on Zoom!
We made lists together, processed 2025, and set our Intentions for 2026.

I also shared how choosing a word for the year can change how the year unfolds.

In the process, I looked over all of the times I tracked workouts in 2025 using my monthly template.

I meal prepped too!
